Nothing Like A Dame
Dame Eileen Atkins, Dame Judi Dench, Dame Joan Plowright and Dame Maggie Smith are acting royalty, whose careers have blossomed since the 1950s. The actresses are good friends and occasionally meet in the English countryside to reminisce about their extraordinary careers and the personal triumphs and tragedies that have bookmarked their lives. Cameras record one of these informal gatherings, interspersed with revealing archive material and photographs.
