SS Dewan is chief of an anti-terrorism squad in Mumbai, who leads a crack team into battle against extremists. As part of their latest operation, Dewan's squad apprehends 25-year-old engineer Hanif, who has a bomb strapped to his chest. The device is linked to his heartbeat - if it stops then the explosive will detonate. More troubling, there are 24 other bombers at large in the city and their devices are also linked to Hanif's vital signs.
