How does the Online Festival Pass work?
You can buy an Online Festival Pass here and access the whole online Festival including Gala films.
Once you have purchased a Pass, you must reserve your place for the online films you wish to view - the Online Festival Pass does not give you automatic access to them. Films and pre-recorded events will be released at 6pm Monday - Saturday and 12pm noon on Sundays, and available to view for 72hrs from release date.
Once you have reserved your place for an online screening, it will appear in the “My Tickets” section, organised by date of availability.
How can I watch films once I’ve bought an Online Festival Pass?
You will receive an email letting you know when the films you have booked to watch online become available to view. Log into your account on ukjewishfilm.eventive.org and go to “My Tickets” to find the film you want to watch. Click “Watch now” and you will be taken to the online viewing platform. Press play and enjoy!
Online films are available to watch at any time within 72 hours of their release date and time (Short Film Programmes are available for the duration of the festival).
How many Online Festival Passes should I buy?
One Online Festival Pass covers a single household, allowing you and your partner, family or housemates to enjoy the whole online Festival if watching together. Viewing the Festival through your Online Festival Pass is locked to an IP address, which means that Online Festival Passes can be watched on any devices in a household that share the same IP address. However, locking to an IP address also means that once you have accessed the films on your preferred device from your home, you will be unable to access the films in another location.
If you are viewing the Festival from different households, you must purchase one Online Festival Pass per household.
Can films in the Online Festival sell out?
Yes. We have film licence agreements to screen these exclusive festival films with maximum audience limits, as in a regular cinema space. Online Festival Passholders must still reserve a place for each film they want to watch as online films can and do sell out.

How can I watch the UK Jewish Film Festival 2021 online?
All Festival films and screenings are only accessible to view in the UK. You can watch films on PCs running Windows 7+, and Intel-based Macs running OSX 10.12+. You can also watch films on Android tablets and phones using Chrome, and on iPhones and iPads using Safari.
