Where the shadows fall, tells a black page of recent Swiss history: the attempt to exterminate the nomadic people of the Jenisch. Between 1926 and 1973, hundreds of children were brutally snatched from their families, "hospitalized", crammed into old dilapidated psychiatric institutions where re-education takes place.
