Wuthering Heights
Yorkshire hill farmer Mr Earnshaw visits Liverpool and discovers a young black boy called Heathcliff living on the streets. The landowner takes pity on the boy and returns home to the isolated Yorkshire moors where he integrates the youngster to his family, much to the chagrin of his son, Hindley. Heathcliff forges an obsessive relationship with the farmer's daughter, Cathy.
