Maggie's Plan

Maggie is a member of staff at a college in New York, who prides herself on being in total control of her fate. She yearns to be a mother and informs her best friends Tony and Felicia that she intends to inseminate herself with sperm from a local pickle entrepreneur called Guy. The plan goes swimmingly until Maggie falls under the spell of lecturer and writer John, who is unhappily married to feisty Columbia University Professor Georgette.
