Up In The Air

Ryan Bingham spends almost his entire year ricocheting from one city to the next firing employees he has never met before, and will probably never see again. In an ironic twist, Ryan is threatened with redundancy from his globetrotting lifestyle when efficiency expert Natalie puts forward a plan to conduct the terminations via video conferencing. So Ryan drags the pretty young thing to real life consultations, where she witnesses the emotional devastation firsthand.
