Conceptual artist Miranda Hall finds a lost mobile phone and decides to mine the device for her new exhibition. Ignoring timely concerns about invasion of privacy, Miranda revisits locations captured in photographs on the lost phone and she speaks to the unsuspecting owner's friends to gather information about him. On opening night, the phone's owner - Arthur Anderton - arrives, briefly surveys the exhibition and tells Miranda's dealer Paul Stark that he intends to pursue legal damages.
