Gifted tailor Mauji is determined to provide for his embroiderer wife Mamta as a salesman in a sewing machine shop. Every day, Mauji suffers humiliation but he persists in the name of love. When Mauji suddenly finds himself out of work, he decides to risk everything by setting up his own business. Using one sewing machine and the best fabric they can afford, Mauji and Mamta showcase their skills with needle and thread.
