The Grump (Mielensäpahoittaja)
The Grump is a cantankerous, 80-year-old farmer, who vociferously opposes modern methods and lives in relative isolation on the outskirts of Helsinki with his wife. Injury forces The Grump to leave his beloved home and travel to the capital to recuperate with his daughter-in-law Liisa while his son Hessu manages the farm in his stead. From the moment he arrives, The Grump causes friction with Liisa, who is in the process of securing a major deal with Russian businessman.
