An Accidental Studio
2019 | 2h 10m | Documentary
In 1978, former Beatle George Harrison and his business partner Denis O'Brien founded HandMade Films in order to finance Monty Python's Life Of Brian. It was a baptism of fire for everyone involved. This documentary is granted access to previously unreleased archive footage of Harrison to chart the early years of the film studio, enriched by exclusive interviews with Terry Gilliam, Richard E. Grant, Neil Jordan and Sir Michael Palin.
