Donna is a small town girl, and the daughter of an exotic dancer, who fears she may never escape the drudgery of working at the local shopping mall. By chance, she sees a television programme featuring flight attendant extraordinaire and bestselling author Sally, who inspires Donna to pursue a life in the skies. Having gained some experience with Sierra Airlines, Donna begins training at Royalty Airlines under the deranged tutelage of John Whitney.
