Chinatown's investigative duo Tang Ren and Qin Feng receive an invitation to visit Tokyo from Yetian Hao who has the reputation of Japan's number one detective. On the way, they are intercepted by a Korean detective who is a master of disguise, thus starting them on a new adventure into a mysterious case.
