Luther Whitney is a master jewel thief. While robbing the safe of a house, he witnesses the murder of Christy Sullivan by Secret Service Agents Bill Burton and Tim Collin, and the President of the United States, Alan Richmond. Now he is targeted for death by the young woman's husband, Walter Sullivan, the Secret Service, and the President.
