Nightwatching

Dutch painter Rembrandt van Rijn was once a respected celebrity but has now fallen from grace. He reluctantly accepts a commission to paint a striking portrait of the Amsterdam Musketeer Militia. In the process, he uncovers a bloodthirsty conspiracy perpetrated by members of the militia and the painter cunningly decides to capture the soldiers' guilt on canvas. However, by exposing the plotters, Rembrandt runs the risk of becoming their next victim.
