The Mermaid

Liu Xuan is a scheming businessman, who always has one eye on his next money-making venture. He acquires the Green Gulf dolphin sanctuary at considerable expense then asks a scientist to develop sonar technology that will drive out the wildlife so he can exploit the area for profit. Little does Liu realise that the Green Gulf is home to an ecosystem under the control of half-man, half-octopus Brother Eight. He dispatches a beautiful young mermaid called Shanshan to seduce and assassinate the evil Liu.
